To benefit from SciCore's academic programs, incoming students should meet certain minimal achievement standards in mathematics, English composition, and English comprehension. Consequently, all student candidates must pass a written examination prepared by the academy prior to admission. In borderline cases, deficiencies may be remedied in a summer program held at SciCore Academy.
| Equally important to the admissions process is a formal interview with prospective students and their parents. This interview is a chance for students, parents, and admissions counselor to explore expectations on both sides. It is important for students and parents to understand SciCore's commitment to strong academic standards in a positive learning environment. To achieve this environment, students must be prepared to make a comittment to uphold the values of academic honesty, fair-play, persistence, and adherance to behavioral norms.

Tuition (2010-2011) - $ 8100 per year. The tuition for two students from the same family is $13,600; tuition for three students is $17,200. Each student is also charged a fee of $680/year to cover costs of course materials, laboratory, art and gym supplies. Non-refundable quarterly payments are due one month in advance.
